Virtual Yoga

See our monthly calendar below for regular virtual yoga offerings + special events from the comfort of your own home. Classes are held via Zoom. Recordings are available upon request only, and are accessible for 3 days following the class.

Regular Schedule:

Yin – Thursday evenings 7 to 8:00 pm cst
Yin classes are a beautiful way to nurture your physical body, to bring deep relaxation. The yin practice involves holding yoga asana (postures) for a longer length of time, it serves to stress and release the connective tissues, while improving joint health. As we slow the body, we slow down the breath, and slow down the mind. It is recommended that you have some props to support your practice such as pillows,blankets, rolled up towels, or blocks/bolsters.

Strong + Slow Vinyasa Flow (All-Levels) – Sunday mornings 10:00 to 11:00 am cst
Vinyasa means to consciously connect the movement of the breath to movement of the body. Think of it as a moving meditation that creates strength, stability, freedom and fluidity of the body and mind. These balanced classes begin with meditation, breathwork ,and gentle fluid movements as we build towards balancing and strengthening postures for stability, then winding down the last third of class with slower movements to stretch and lengthen the muscles. Supportive modifications are given to make this an all levels class.

Investment Options:

Monthly pass: $45/month ** full access to classes all month, and includes FREE Zen Body + Mind group access (see below)
Yin or Vinyasa series only: $30 (once a week)
Single drop in: $8/class

Zen Body + Mind
A brand new offering for 2021 to compliment your yoga practice alongside other like minded women. Through this private Facebook group, you will have access to regular intention setting + releasing rituals alongside each new + full moon, opportunity for reflection, self growth + connection with regular prompts, as well as weekly mini flows/meditation/pranayama opportunities. Access is free with your monthly pass, or add on for only $5 with single series (once a week sessions).
