Virtual Yoga

See our monthly calendar below for regular virtual yoga offerings + special events from the comfort of your own home. Classes are held via Zoom. Recordings are available upon request only, and are accessible for 3 days following the class.

Regular Schedule:

Slow Flow + Yin – Thursday evenings 7 to 8:00 pm cst
Unwind in this all levels slow flow and yin practice. You can expect meditation, breathwork, nourishing movements for the entire spine to encourage stability and gentle core strengthening; followed by the opportunity to still the body and mind as we finish off with some nourishing yin postures to lengthen the connective tissues, while increasing mobility + flexibility.

Vinyasa Flow (All-Levels) – Sunday mornings 10:30 to 11:30 am cst
Vinyasa means to consciously connect the movement of the breath to movement of the body. Think of it as a moving meditation that creates strength, stability, freedom and fluidity of the body and mind. These balanced classes feature a variety of full body movements to stretch and lengthen the muscles, enhancing balance and mobility, while emphasizing core and spine stability. Supportive modifications are given to make this an all levels class.

Investment Options:

Monthly pass: $45/month ** full access to classes all month, and includes FREE Zen Body + Mind group access (see below)

Slow Flow + Yin Series: $35/month  ** Thursday evenings
Vinyasa Flow Series: $35/month ** Sunday mornings

Single drop in: $10/class

Zen Body + Mind
A brand new offering for 2021 to compliment your yoga practice alongside other like minded women.  Through this private Facebook group, you will have access to regular intention setting + releasing rituals alongside each new + full moon, opportunity for reflection, self growth + connection with regular prompts, as well as weekly mini flows/meditation/pranayama opportunities. Access is free with your monthly pass, or add on for only $5 with single series (once a week sessions).

Embodied Self Love – Friday, February 12 7 to 8:30pm CST

“Embodied Self Love” is designed to nurture your body, mind + soul; to cultivate deeper self awareness, to inspire our inner power, while reconnecting ourselves to our sense of self, and ultimately our self worth.

In this 90 minute virtual workshop, we will explore the differences between self care and self love, the effects of the 2020 on our energetic body while re-establishing that connection to our heart chakra, as well as the importance of relaxation practices that enable our nervous systems to thrive.

When we prioritize taking care of ourselves so fully and wholly, we are connected to a state of self love that empowers us to show up in the world. We are healthier versions of ourselves. More compassionate towards those around us. We are more aligned with our values, our goals and our purpose.

What we practice, grows stronger. Practice self love.

You will be guided through- intentional breathwork to heighten awareness and focus, while calming the mind and body
– meditation and intention setting to increase self love and presence
– journaling to deepen your relationship with yourself and explore self compassion
– an introspective and nourishing yin yoga practice, to facilitate physical embodiment, and the space for mind, body and soul healing
