Virtual Yoga

See our monthly calendar below for regular virtual yoga offerings + special events from the comfort of your own home. Classes are held via Zoom. Recordings are available upon request only, and are accessible for 3 days following the class.

In this months yin classes, we will be exploring the body-mind parallels between Buddhism + mindfulness, and yin yoga as a tool for embodiment, clarity, + consciousness. 

Week 1 (04/07): the 4 noble truths + sensations in yin
Week 2 (04/14): beginners mind + the quality of awareness 
Week 3 (04/21): metta (loving kindness) + opening the heart 
Week 4 (04/28): non-attachment + letting go

Yin classes take place virtually thru Zoom from 7-8:15pm cst (classes are available by recording if requested). This series will take the format of an opening discussion, journal + inquiry, followed by a meditation, breath work + a yin yoga practice. 

Thursday evenings 7:00-8:00pm CST | YIN YOGA

  • Yin classes are a beautiful way to nurture your physical body, to bring deep relaxation. The yin practice involves holding yoga asana (postures) for a longer length of time, it serves to stress and release the connective tissues, while improving joint health. As we slow the body, we slow down the breath, and slow down the mind.

$40 investment for April

To register, please send your payment via e transfer BY APRIL 6TH to (please include your email address if you’re new to our virtual classes). 

No experience or props necessary. Just the desire to show up + be open.
